The rock crystal is oval in shape with brilliant style faceting and frosted finish. The center stone is surrounded by a halo of 8 small round single cut diamonds bezel set into a gorgeous detailed leaf pattern frame. The leaf pattern of the frame then continues down onto both shoulders of the shank. Finally, set into the center of the rock crystal, there is a 18k gold floral pattern set with 5 round single cut diamonds surrounding a round cut blue sapphire.
